ABOUT
Rosario Saya brings a blend of technical expertise, real estate insight, and hands‑on renovation experience to her work as a REALTOR®. Before entering real estate, she spent years as an Information Technology consultant in New York City, where she led teams on projects for Fortune- 500 clients and ran her own IT consulting business, hiring and managing IT contractors. Later when she relocated to The Shoals in north Alabama she joined her husband’s timberland and rural real estate business, designing and creating websites and providing technical support.
Rosario has bought, renovated, and sold condos — a high-rise in New York City, and two gut-renovations in Nashville. One of the Nashville condos she converted from a single bath to a one‑and‑a‑half bath, working closely with the contractor to bring her design to life. Her interest in understanding all aspects of home ownership led her to volunteer for the HOA Board, guiding a three‑building complex through major transitions, needed repairs, and long‑term planning. During that time she also earned her HOA Board Leader certification.
Rosario holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. She earned her Tennessee real estate license in 2025 and has applied for her Alabama reciprocal license.
As a dual‑licensed agent in Tennessee and Alabama — and someone who has lived in both urban and rural communities in the Northeast and Southeast — Rosario provides meaningful guidance and knowledgeable representation to clients navigating cross‑state moves, seeking a home in Nashville, and urban residents searching for that perfect rural retreat just a short drive away.
When you’re ready for your next move, Rosario would love to be your guide. Reach out today to start the conversation.
