Rosario has been working in Information Technology for more than 35 years.  After graduating from Columbia University with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, she worked as a software engineer, and eventually as an independent, IT consultant in her hometown of New York City, where she led teams on projects for Fortune-500 clients and ran her own consulting business.

When she relocated to the Southeast more than twenty years ago, she joined her husband in his timberland investments and rural real estate businesses, designing and creating their websites and providing technical support.

In 2025, Rosario became licensed in Tennessee as a real estate agent and Realtor®.  In 2026, she obtained her Alabama reciprocal license and joined the land team at South Main Land Realty.
